Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and steer the Benelux Market Access and Pricing strategy in alignment with global and European frameworks.
  • •Ensure timely, sustainable reimbursement and optimal patient access across NL, BE and LU.
  • •Provide strategic governance and oversight, while engaging operationally where required for complex or business-critical initiatives.
  • •Provide strategic leadership and guidance on reimbursement pathways with authorities such as ZIN/VWS (NL), RIZIV/FAGG (BE) and CNS (LU).
  • •Remain operationally involved in selected high-impact dossiers, key negotiations or critical HTA procedures.
  • •Maintain senior-level relationships with payers, policy makers and other key external stakeholders.
  • •Support the development and shaping of managed entry agreements and innovative access models.
  • •Lead and develop the Benelux Market Access team through clear direction, prioritization and coaching.
  • •Empower Market Access Managers and specialists to own and execute reimbursement, HTA and pricing activities independently.
  • •Act as coach and mentor, actively supporting capability building in areas such as HTA excellence, pricing strategy, negotiations and policy engagement.
