Key Responsibilities
- Research, understand, and validate customer needs within our app and web environment
- Speak with users, analyze behavior, and translate insights into product improvements
- Define clear problem statements, hypotheses, and product initiatives
- Determine together with stakeholders where the greatest value lies for both customers and CowManager
- Focus on impact instead of output: not building as many features as possible, but delivering the right solutions to the most important problems
- Contribute to the product vision and help prioritize where the most value lies
- Work closely with design, development, data, support, and commercial teams
- Guide solutions from initial idea through validation, delivery, and evaluation
- Monitor results, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product
