Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for business requests coming through DevOps
- Work with stakeholders across teams to understand business needs and system impact
- Translate technical designs into clear functional requirements for developers
- Break down requests into epics, features, and user stories
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and support successful releases
- Work with internal teams and implementation partners on system implementations and integrations
- Challenge stakeholders when needed and help improve business processes
