- Oversee and manage daily operations within the housekeeping department
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning of guest rooms and public areas
- Manage daily housekeeping tasks and ensure areas meet Marriott's cleanliness and quality standards
- Oversee supply and inventory of materials
- Handle administrative tasks such as usage reports, maintenance requests, and time tracking
- Drive continuous improvement within the department
- Train, guide, and coach team members to achieve high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency
- Work in both morning and evening shifts
