Key Responsibilities
- Drive market positioning & product strategy, translating mission into a clear product vision.
- Own AI and data strategy, embedding machine learning, NLP, and LLMs into patient identification, trial matching, and RWD workflows.
- Build a culture of velocity with short cycles, fast decisions, high deployment frequency (CI/CD).
- Architect for global scale & governance, transitioning to Kubernetes and Terraform while ensuring GDPR and US health data regulations compliance.
- Serve as a trusted product & technology representative to the Supervisory Board and BioPharma clients.
- Collaborate with commercial to ensure product roadmaps drive commercial success.
