Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Data Engineers, owning professional development and performance reviews.
- Carry approximately 50% billable capacity on customer projects, working alongside the team.
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs) for scope fit and delivery risks.
- Champion team interests in staffing decisions.
- Act as escalation point for delivery challenges.
- Standardise delivery practices across Value Delivery Europe.
- Organise and lead professional development sessions.
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding.
- Model AI-first delivery practices and upskill the team.
