•Lead, develop, and retain a team of Data Engineers operating across complex industrial AI engagements.
•Carry approximately 50% billable capacity on customer projects.
•Review Statements of Work (SOWs) for scope fit, skill gaps, and delivery risks.
•Champion team's interests in staffing decisions — match engineers to engagements where they can deliver and grow.
•Act as escalation point when delivery gets hard.
•Contribute to standardising delivery practices across Value Delivery Europe.
•Organise and lead professional development sessions.
•Collect, prioritise, and escalate product feedback from engineers and customers.
•Lead or contribute to hiring for the team.
•Model and reinforce AI-first delivery practices across the team.
•Stay current on AI tooling relevant to industrial data engineering.
