Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of outbound prospecting activities, identifying and engaging key decision-makers through personalized outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Follow up quickly and strategically on inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Run qualification and discovery conversations with prospects to uncover business challenges and assess fit.
- Partner closely with Strategic Account Executives to build account intelligence and develop tailored account strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and wider teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Create thoughtful, highly personalized messaging that builds relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Become a trusted expert in Cognite’s product suite, articulating value of Cognite Data Fusion, Knowledge Graph, and Atlas AI.
- Support marketing campaigns and events through proactive outreach and timely post-event follow-up.
- Use modern sales and prospecting tools to identify, research, and engage potential customers.
- Conduct detailed account research to understand customer pain points and industry trends.
- Continuously test, refine, and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Share insights and feedback from prospect conversations to shape messaging and strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline activity, and plan future outreach.
