Key Responsibilities
- Own the development of Mobile Service Cloud, a mature platform supporting thousands of agents and millions of customer conversations a year.
- Build HALO-powered AI agents into the platform, so routine inquiries get resolved autonomously and human agents are freed up for complex cases.
- Strengthen the backend that keeps every channel (email, phone, live chat, WhatsApp, etc.) running as one seamless, reliable experience.
- Move fast: test ideas, ship, learn from what doesn't work, and help shape what this role looks like a year from now.
- Use AI tools actively to improve your own work. Experiment, automate, and share what works with your team.
