Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive delivery of the People & Talent Strategy including defining priorities, ensuring alignment to the firm's strategy and driving accountability across the HR function.
  • •Coordinate the global people & talent cycle ensuring consistent and timely delivery of key processes.
  • •Act as trusted advisor to the CPO supporting execution of strategic priorities and coordination of operational processes.
  • •Support the ongoing evolution of the HR operating model driving alignment consistency and scalability.
  • •Support prioritisation and sequencing of strategic initiatives for the CPO and wider HR function.
  • •Own and shape HR agendas and inputs for global governance forums.
  • •Drive executive decision-making translating complex inputs into clear recommendations actions and outcomes.
  • •Maintain oversight of decisions ensuring follow-through and delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • •Lead development of HR content for firmwide forums and ensure alignment to strategic priorities.
  • •Lead Global HR communications and engagement including townhalls and newsletters.
  • •Influence and align stakeholders across the firm ensuring delivery against agreed priorities.
  • •Partner with Finance to support budget management cost tracking and financial governance.
  • •Coordinate Internal Audit and risk activities for HR including tracking and remediation of actions.
  • •Lead preparation of external and regulatory reporting and insurance documentation.
  • •Champion implementation of consistent and simplified global processes.
