Key Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of the People & Talent Strategy including defining priorities, ensuring alignment to the firm's strategy and driving accountability across the HR function.
- Coordinate the global people & talent cycle ensuring consistent and timely delivery of key processes.
- Act as trusted advisor to the CPO supporting execution of strategic priorities and coordination of operational processes.
- Support the ongoing evolution of the HR operating model driving alignment consistency and scalability.
- Support prioritisation and sequencing of strategic initiatives for the CPO and wider HR function.
- Own and shape HR agendas and inputs for global governance forums.
- Drive executive decision-making translating complex inputs into clear recommendations actions and outcomes.
- Maintain oversight of decisions ensuring follow-through and delivery of agreed outcomes.
- Lead development of HR content for firmwide forums and ensure alignment to strategic priorities.
- Lead Global HR communications and engagement including townhalls and newsletters.
- Influence and align stakeholders across the firm ensuring delivery against agreed priorities.
- Partner with Finance to support budget management cost tracking and financial governance.
- Coordinate Internal Audit and risk activities for HR including tracking and remediation of actions.
- Lead preparation of external and regulatory reporting and insurance documentation.
- Champion implementation of consistent and simplified global processes.
