Key Responsibilities

•Assist in discovering and diagnosing operational improvement opportunities of customers.
•Support the mapping of Celonis into the customer’s tech stack.
•Build initial business cases and assist in business value workshops to pinpoint process enhancement opportunities.
•Engage with project managers and middle management to build momentum.
•Support change management initiatives and contribute to Center of Excellence (CoE) enablement programs.
•Assist in executing transformation programs.
•Leverage AI-driven project management workflows to track milestones and automate reporting.
•Support the deployment of actionable frameworks to evaluate customer workflows.
•Act as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI tools for rapid technical outputs (data analysis, basic automations) while partnering with Applied Value Engineers for solution builds.
•Support the end-to-end customer value journey and identify expansion opportunities in your workstream.
•Provide actionable feedback to product development teams based on new use cases discovered in your workstreams.
