Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique
- Support in managing waiting time, providing information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique
- Ensure the boutique's environment is impeccable from set up to set down
- Manage, order, and replenish floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages
- Responsible for onboarding new BA interns
- Assist the team throughout sales, managing gift wrapping and assisting discreetly with various tasks
- Assist with client services such as executing quick services (cordon change, shining, etc.)
- Assist the team by selling fragrances
- Support sales associates to elevate client experience by informing them about local events during daily briefs
- Contact CRM team to understand and support gifting strategy
- Support boutique activation campaigns like Easter, Mother's Day, etc.
