- Monitor area turnover by distribution channel and track budget.
- Act as boutique voice during 360-degree projects.
- Develop and deliver content for Retail and Wholesale seminars.
- Coach Boutique Management on retail performance metrics.
- Implement new commercial projects and initiatives.
- Build yearly boutique action plans with Boutique Management.
- Ensure qualitative digital environment for eCommerce.
- Identify new POS and real estate development opportunities.
- Monitor performance across all PoS and propose corrective actions.
- Sponsor client engagement and High-End initiatives.
- Oversee and analyze Client Satisfaction Barometer.
- Build quarterly action plans with partners for Wholesale.
- Promote Client Relation Center activities in boutique.
- Define and roll out team development plans.
- Recruit boutique profiles with HR.
- Provide on-site support and coaching to Boutique Managers.
- Optimize boutique structure and efficiency with Operations.
- Maintain regular in-store presence through visits.
- Monitor visual merchandising, stock levels, and grooming standards.
- Verify tools and resources for boutique operations.
- Support resolution of client service cases.
- Provide on-site support for brand activities and events.
