Key Responsibilities
- Fully lead the onboarding project lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless, timely, and complete configuration of the Bynder suite.
- Advise customers on asset bank taxonomy, metadata structures, governance, and custom workflows tailored to their unique business use cases.
- Actively leverage modern AI tools to accelerate daily workflows, automate routine reporting, and analyze customer meeting insights to continuously optimize project delivery.
- Drive positive time-to-value to directly impact regional Net Retention targets. Proactively identify expansion opportunities during onboarding and pass them to Sales.
- Serve as the customer’s voice to the Product Team regarding enhancement requests. Drive customer advocacy and source high-quality G2 customer reviews.
- Maintain meticulous project hygiene by accurately tracking time allocation, budget burn rates, and project risks across your portfolio within internal systems.
