Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Oversee day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure timely execution of purchase orders.
- Monitor global market trends and supplier risks to mitigate disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers for new product introductions and cost optimization.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize inventory and customer service.
- Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Establish supplier KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
- Drive supplier development initiatives for quality and cost improvement.
- Monitor inventory health and optimize inventory levels.
- Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support ERP implementation and process standardization.
- Lead, develop, and coach procurement and supply chain teams.
