Key Responsibilities

•Support collection, verification, and preparation of payroll data for the Netherlands and UK.
•Assist in preparation, review, and validation of monthly payroll data and payslips.
•Act as liaison with external payroll providers, labor consultants, and vendors.
•Maintain and update employee payroll records within HR and payroll systems.
•Act as first point of contact for employee payroll-related queries.
•Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll activities.
•Provide HR administrative support across employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract management, offboarding).
•Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems in line with GDPR.
•Support HR processes, policies, and internal communications.
•Collaborate with HR colleagues across EMEA and UK.
•Support recruitment activities including job posting coordination, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
•Assist hiring managers with early-stage recruitment processes.
•Support recruitment administration and documentation.
