Key Responsibilities

•Lead & Implement Enhancements & Support Application Security & Application governance - Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll
•Act as Technology expert to provide solutions to People Services, Financial Systems, Risk teams and other stakeholders
•Review Project designs, perform impact assessment, own accountability for Solutions implemented
•Partner with Financial Systems, IT Services, Security & Privacy Teams, Technology Implementation Partners and Application vendors
•Participate in Application Security & Application governance Technology Functional development
•Review and Coordinate Application Security & Application governance support packages, releases, release testing
•End to end ownership of providing solution for functional requirements after impact assessment
•Perform Unit Testing, Regression Testing and support UAT for both Projects & support
•Perform Root cause analysis for Incidents and propose long term scalable fixes
•Ensure system stability, enhancements delivery, process optimization for Applications
•Manage Compliance activities such as SOx ITGC controls, Data Privacy & standards, IT Change Management
•Maintain documentation for Configuration designs and provide inputs for business manuals
•Maintain Applications Tenant Strategy in collaboration with Application owners, vendors & IT Teams
•Work with Tech Partners to ensure scalable, on-time solutions in accordance with best practices
•Collaborate demonstrating Booking Values: Think Customer First, Succeeding together, Own It, Learn Forever, Do the Right Thing
