Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary front-line point of contact for employee inquiries, managing tickets in ServiceNow.
- Execute and administer employee data changes in Workday across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain data integrity and privacy in compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
- Generate, distribute, and securely store employee lifecycle documentation.
- Conduct monthly payroll report validations and partner with external payroll providers.
- Assist with administrative tasks for visa and immigration processes.
- Execute daily tasks in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify operational bottlenecks and surface them to senior team members for improvement.
- Deliver training and guidance to new hires and stakeholders on People Ops processes.
- Contribute as an active project team member in departmental initiatives.
