Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary front-line point of contact for employee inquiries, managing tickets in ServiceNow.
  • •Accurately execute employee data changes in Workday and other systems across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Maintain responsibility for day-to-day operations of assigned business accounts or regions.
  • •Handle sensitive employee data with adherence to data privacy and compliance regulations.
  • •Generate and store employee lifecycle documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
  • •Conduct monthly payroll report validations and collaborate with payroll providers.
  • •Assist with visa and immigration administrative tasks in cooperation with Global Mobility.
  • •Identify operational bottlenecks and surface them for continuous improvement.
  • •Partner with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams to resolve employee queries seamlessly.
  • •Deliver training to new hires and stakeholders on People Ops processes.
