Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary front-line point of contact for employee inquiries, managing tickets in ServiceNow.
•Accurately execute employee data changes in Workday and other systems across the employee lifecycle.
•Maintain responsibility for day-to-day operations of assigned business accounts or regions.
•Handle sensitive employee data with adherence to data privacy and compliance regulations.
•Generate and store employee lifecycle documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
•Conduct monthly payroll report validations and collaborate with payroll providers.
•Assist with visa and immigration administrative tasks in cooperation with Global Mobility.
•Identify operational bottlenecks and surface them for continuous improvement.
•Partner with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams to resolve employee queries seamlessly.
•Deliver training to new hires and stakeholders on People Ops processes.
