Key Responsibilities
- Drive scoping, end-to-end planning, and roadmap of the Future Fit program.
- Maintain program governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Define program objectives, requirements, success criteria, and KPIs.
- Track program status and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Identify synergies across workstreams and manage competing priorities.
- Enable teams to make quality decisions and support prioritization.
- Ensure seamless handovers to operations upon initiative completion.
- Ensure adherence to program principles and corporate accounting policies.
- Develop understanding of benefits calculation methodologies.
- Track benefits against targets and support business controllers.
- Mentor direct reports and ensure financial output quality.
- Serve as business partner for SteerCo, Booking Holdings, Workstream Leads, and FP&A.
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Own and lead key Future Fit reporting meetings.
- Ensure program management information is accurate and delivered on time.
- Act as change agent communicating the 'why,' 'what,' and 'how' of changes.
- Encourage growth mindset and new ways of working.
