Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement compensation programs aligned with Total Rewards objectives
•Conduct location and cost-of-labor analyses to inform reward decisions
•Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation topics
•Provide modeling, analytics and scenario planning for business leaders and HR Business Partners
•Analyze industry and market trends to keep compensation competitive
•Own the Benchmarking process and salary range reviews for your portfolio
•Own the Job Evaluation process and creation/maintenance of career frameworks
•Support annual compensation review cycles
•Support data-driven decision making with concise insights and recommendations
•Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of compensation workflows
•Develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines
•Safeguard consistency, transparency and fairness in pay decisions
•Support compensation workstreams in M&A, reorganizations or integrations
•Participate in broader People/HR or business projects where compensation expertise is needed
•Act as a subject matter expert for Compensation topics towards other Centers of Excellence
