Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement compensation programs aligned with Total Rewards objectives
  • •Conduct location and cost-of-labor analyses to inform reward decisions
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation topics
  • •Provide modeling, analytics and scenario planning for business leaders and HR Business Partners
  • •Analyze industry and market trends to keep compensation competitive
  • •Own the Benchmarking process and salary range reviews for your portfolio
  • •Own the Job Evaluation process and creation/maintenance of career frameworks
  • •Support annual compensation review cycles
  • •Support data-driven decision making with concise insights and recommendations
  • •Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of compensation workflows
  • •Develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines
  • •Safeguard consistency, transparency and fairness in pay decisions
  • •Support compensation workstreams in M&A, reorganizations or integrations
  • •Participate in broader People/HR or business projects where compensation expertise is needed
  • •Act as a subject matter expert for Compensation topics towards other Centers of Excellence
