Key Responsibilities
- Attract, engage, develop, and retain talent by fostering a supportive work environment with continuous feedback, coaching, and mentorship.

- Drive initiatives involving multiple technical first-line senior stakeholders, re-prioritising tasks when beneficial.
- Formulate and implement tactical plans within Platform Risk Management aligned with Central Tech business objectives.
- Advise first-line stakeholders on IT risk, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance risk; identify technological risks and formulate control design proposals.
- Drive business engagement in Central Tech for risk and compliance awareness without affecting development velocity.
- Develop and maintain IT and security policies for secure software development; collaborate with development teams to integrate secure practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Support senior stakeholders to promote risk and compliance ownership and expand knowledge of internal and external risk environment.
- Follow broader ERM strategy and implement it within first-line defense; drive continuous improvement of risk assessment methodologies.
- Support team to increase business impact and improve products and ways of working.
- Liaise with other risk and audit teams to provide technical risk perspective.
- Stay current with emerging cyber threats and security best practices in DevOps environments.
