Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end sickness absence process portfolio for all long term and/or complex cases
  • •Manage all mandatory information, tasks and responsibilities to both the employee and the manager during a sickness absence case
  • •Manage all mandatory information, tasks and coordination to & with external Arbo services
  • •Ensures meticulous administration of sickness absence cases within scope
  • •Ensures compliance with the NL social security institution
  • •Provides regular and ad-hoc reporting to all relevant stakeholders
  • •Identify non-sickness related matters and find a way to resolve those matters before they escalate
  • •Contribute to the ongoing improvements of processes and systems
