Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and evolve end-to-end partner experience measurement program
  • •Design and drive key initiatives to understand and improve partner experience
  • •Own core measurement programs including Partner Scorecard, Partner Experience Survey, and in-product Partner CUJOs
  • •Innovate and elevate how partner experience is measured across the ecosystem
  • •Translate partner insights into actionable recommendations for partner strategy, product development, and go-to-market initiatives
  • •Work closely with stakeholders including ABU & CoGo leadership, Product teams, Data & Analytics, Partner Marketing, and Customer Success
  • •Synthesize raw data into intuitive, high-impact visual narratives
  • •Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • •Drive initiatives forward proactively with strong project management skills
