Key Responsibilities
- Promote security & safety response procedures and improve reporting skills.
- Engage and support local teams in creating physically safe workplaces.
- Review, investigate and evaluate security & safety incidents.
- Provide reporting to the Compliance Team for significant incidents.
- Position Corporate Security as a business enabler and trusted partner.
- Transform office security approach to a modern model.
- Coordinate security operations in other offices.
- Deliver event security operations.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Add to and roll out global policies.
- Respond to security incidents when needed.
- Support other security functions during high workload.
- Act as bridge between Group Corporate Security, Resilience team, and wider security department.
- Ensure Security Policy, SOPs, and Standards are communicated and implemented.
- Monitor and evaluate adoption of security practices.
- Maintain visibility into security program effectiveness through monitoring and reporting.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics.
- Deliver quarterly Security Reports to Leadership Team.
- Report relevant intelligence through internal channels.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with Group Corporate Security, Compliance Team, and REWS team.
- Maintain relationships with law enforcement and intelligence partners.
- Collaborate with GSOC for intelligence sharing.
- Build network of external security contacts.
- Oversee daily security operations.
- Perform quality controls on contracted guards and security suppliers.
- Collaborate with building management to review security posture.
- Support event planning with REWS team.
- Lead and coordinate response to safety and security incidents.
- Develop improvement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Design and deliver training programs on emergency response and SOP compliance.
- Conduct periodic drills and exercises.
- Promote culture of proactive security awareness.
- Lead by example, fostering enthusiasm for safety initiatives.
- Support or assume ownership of other security programs as needed.
