Key Responsibilities
- Define the strategy for one of our payout products to provide accurate and in-time affiliate fee calculation, defining a long-term plan that puts our products as a benchmark in dealing with complex use cases in the B2B Affiliate travel landscape.
- Excellent stakeholder management, ability to deal with ambiguity and define proper alignment with our Operations teams (Opex, Contracting and PayOps).
- Build and adapt the product strategy to the constantly evolving needs and constraints imposed by the business.
- Build for scale and multiple verticals by extending demand distribution capabilities beyond accommodations to support multi-vertical partners through reusable services, abstractions, and APIs.
- Measuring and communicating the team’s progress and impact to the business leadership in a transparent and effective way. This includes defining key business and services success metrics, tracking them, and improving upon them.
- Guiding new capabilities, systems and services from inception to launch while keeping travelers and partners at the center of everything.
- Deeply understand the direction of the business and the problems customers face; extract and identify requirements from other business initiatives, customer requirements and prioritize them ruthlessly.
- Constantly engage with stakeholders to expand the coverage of the product and create impact.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to define and ship high quality products.
