Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead operational partnership with People Operations, Tech and Talent Ops to design systems infrastructure for executive recruitment
- Act as Business Owner / Program Lead for executive recruiting tech stack
- Design and maintain reporting infrastructure to support People business rhythm
- Maintain a clear service framework for Executive Recruitment Operations and Executive Talent Intelligence
- Ensure data quality, compliance and documentation in Workday and ATS/CRM meet audit, SOx and internal standards
- Own the Executive Talent Intelligence Knowledge Bank and define standards and templates
- Ensure 'How We Hire' content is documented, current and aligned with system infrastructure
- Partner to integrate AI into core tools and processes to reduce manual work
- Promote responsible AI usage and define guardrails
- Provide operational leadership to Executive Recruiters and Sourcers
- Directly manage and develop a small team of Senior Executive Recruitment Coordinators
- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure usage
