Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end execution of projects from scoping, building business case to closure
- Identify and drive setup, kick-off and execution of new/improved business as usual processes
- Actively manage coordination of programs, governance cycle and escalation processes
- Drive process improvements
- Drive change management within Flights department to adopt new processes and ways of working
