Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end WFM process including FTE forecasting, headcount tracking, and capacity planning scenarios.
  • •Lead Month-end close process for staff costs and workforce metrics.
  • •Maintain and enhance headcount and workforce models (budget vs. actual, plan vs. forecast, location mix, internal vs. external).
  • •Perform variance analysis on FTE, salary, and people-related opex.
  • •Develop and prepare recurring workforce reports and dashboards.
  • •Own annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning cycles for headcount and people-related costs.
  • •Establish governance structures for contingent workforce tracking.
  • •Serve as analytical partner for FP&A business controllers and People teams.
  • •Support strategic business cases with scenario modeling.
  • •Drive standardization and simplification of workforce management processes.
