Key Responsibilities
- Set and direct the global Partner Marketing & Events strategy and annual roadmap across partner-facing content, acquisition and experiences, aligned with Booking.com’s brand strategy and commercial growth goals.
- Partner with the Global Head of Brand, Business Unit leaders, Commercial teams and Marketing colleagues to prioritise investments, define trade-offs and translate business needs into a focused, high-impact agenda.
- Design and govern the operating model, strategic principles and shared standards for global partner engagement programmes and flagship events, creating a unified partner experience at scale.
- Lead the development and delivery of major partner-facing programmes and events, ensuring they are strategically grounded, brand-right and delivered to a consistently high standard.
- Build long-term partner relevance, loyalty and advocacy by using insight, audience understanding and commercial objectives to shape engaging partner experiences.
- Establish clear planning, decision-making, measurement and communication rhythms that enable effective global collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Influence senior stakeholders across Business Units, Brand, Commercial and Marketing through strong executive communication, sound judgment and a clear partner value proposition.
- Lead, coach and develop a globally minded, multidisciplinary organisation of 5 direct reports and 30+ indirect team members, fostering clarity, ownership, inclusion and high standards of execution.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and maximise the impact of partner marketing investment.
