Key Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of entire Data Analytics solutions from idea-generation to implementation.
- Work autonomously on consuming data, preparing it for analytical use, translating business problems to data stories.
- Work primarily within the scope of their team, occasionally collaborating across multiple teams.
- Leverage knowledge and skills in data analysis and visualization to answer business questions efficiently.
- Identify and manage stakeholders; communicate complex analysis results clearly.
- Adopt and propose new Data Analytics approaches and expand technical competencies.
- Leverage Data Analytics for impact while incorporating scalability and reproducibility.
- Act as a force multiplier for junior peers through coaching and mentoring.
- Contribute to the community by supporting projects and participating in community activities.
- Know the larger data ecosystem at Booking and relate work to it.
- Collaborate with peers in related crafts like Data Engineering.
- Ensure quality of own work through peer review.
- Influence business decisions within their specific area.
