Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design and delivery of entire Data Analytics solutions from idea-generation to implementation.
  • •Work autonomously on consuming data, preparing it for analytical use, translating business problems to data stories.
  • •Work primarily within the scope of their team, occasionally collaborating across multiple teams.
  • •Leverage knowledge and skills in data analysis and visualization to answer business questions efficiently.
  • •Identify and manage stakeholders; communicate complex analysis results clearly.
  • •Adopt and propose new Data Analytics approaches and expand technical competencies.
  • •Leverage Data Analytics for impact while incorporating scalability and reproducibility.
  • •Act as a force multiplier for junior peers through coaching and mentoring.
  • •Contribute to the community by supporting projects and participating in community activities.
  • •Know the larger data ecosystem at Booking and relate work to it.
  • •Collaborate with peers in related crafts like Data Engineering.
  • •Ensure quality of own work through peer review.
  • •Influence business decisions within their specific area.
