Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, improve, and operate high-performance, high-availability, scalable and secure data storage, governance and consumption solutions.
- Build architecture that responds quickly to new use cases.
- Contribute to data architecture governance and decision processes.
- Model canonical data assets for critical data entities and promote their golden source status.
- Employ best-in-class technology to optimize the tech stack and tools strategy for data & AI governance platforms.
- Identify bottlenecks within system design that impede delivery velocity.
- Design cloud native systems using AWS or similar.
- Communicate design and challenges effectively to diverse audiences.
- Coach and mentor to build architecture excellence systemically.
- Drive impact at scale across a large data product & engineering organisation.
