Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply structured methodology to support the adoption of standardized processes across the department to increase efficiency and effectiveness while also simplifying where possible
  • •Support the execution of the processes and key initiatives to run the business and the organization
  • •Execute thoughtful, yet simple, processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Contribute to establish business operations best practices within the area of scope.
  • •Support annual and ad hoc planning processes within the area of scope.
  • •Support some of the measurement, reporting and analysis of performance which are key for the preparation of the business reviews (monthly, quarterly, mid year).
  • •Solve low complexity problems with small supervision and support the solution of more complex topics. Be hands on and drive solutions to problems in partnership with the involved parties.
  • •Effectively collaborate with various teams, departments, and stakeholders.
  • •Ability to influence up to Senior Management level and productively interact with Director level.
