Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate, scope and execute marketing campaigns and deliverables that contribute to customer acquisition, activation and retention targets
  • •Manage online paid marketing channels: propose, plan and implement paid marketing campaigns to activate and retain users
  • •Collaborating closely with internal teams, external agencies and partners to optimize the customer journey and develop workflows for onboarding, engagement, retention, and churn prevention sequences
  • •Build and support implementation of foundations, such as automations and frameworks, to drive scale and impact
  • •Continuously optimise through experimentation and documenting results and learnings
  • •Conduct/ utilize research and data analysis to measure effectiveness, identify trends and use insights to drive continuous optimizations
