Key Responsibilities

•Serve as point of contact for clients during the investor onboarding process and periodical reviews.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
•Communicate effectively to manage client expectations and address concerns or inquiries.
•Support with the investor onboarding plan for each client, tailored to their specific policies.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate setup of new investors.
•Appropriately support investors with all necessary CDD-requirements for a smooth onboarding.
•Address any questions or issues that clients may have during the onboarding process.
•Ensure that all necessary compliance documents are completed and signed by investors and saved in Bolder’s DMS.
•Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation, keeping client profiles up to date.
