Key Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for clients during the investor onboarding process and periodical reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively to manage client expectations and address concerns or inquiries.
- Support with the investor onboarding plan for each client, tailored to their specific policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate setup of new investors.
- Appropriately support investors with all necessary CDD-requirements for a smooth onboarding.
- Address any questions or issues that clients may have during the onboarding process.
- Ensure that all necessary compliance documents are completed and signed by investors and saved in Bolder’s DMS.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation, keeping client profiles up to date.
