- Conduct user research for moderately complex initiatives: interviews, usability tests, journey mapping, and data exploration

- Validate assumptions through prototypes, experiments, and close collaboration with PMs and analysts
- Explore how AI and automation can streamline partner workflows; from predictive suggestions to guided actions and automated data improvements
- Create reusable patterns and maintain alignment with the design system to improve coherence across the entire Partner Journey environment
- Identify where partner journeys overlap across content, operations, logistics, and pricing, and find opportunities for harmonization
- Document behaviors, states, and edge cases that clarify complex systems for the wider team
- Share your work regularly, seek feedback, and contribute to improving design patterns, processes, and the culture
