•Manage and optimize supplier master data, streamline on- and offboarding processes
•Serve as the first point of contact for process-related questions
•Support system-related issues and improvements, mainly related to Ivalua
•Validate procurement requests for accuracy and compliance
•Ensure contract compliance
•Analyze and resolve P2P discrepancies, including conducting root cause analysis
•Develop user-friendly training materials that foster operational excellence
•Contribute to performance reporting and KPI tracking
•Maintain category trees and GL account mappings
•Support business with low value, low risk operational and tactical sourcing and contracting
•Support business users with travel management (questions and concerns)
