Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers to define a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product group.
- Build and nurture high-performing, healthy product teams that deliver substantial value.
- Help establish product management processes, including hypothesis creation, assumption mapping, design tests, running tests, leading ideation cycles, and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Empower the teams to succeed by solving issues such as dependencies and cross-domain and/or cross-department alignments.
- Coach Product Managers on the job and help them hone their skills.
- Contribute to a range of Bol initiatives to boost Product Management craft.
