Key Responsibilities
- Develop and industrialize manufacturing and assembly processes for new and existing products.
- Design and implement production layouts, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, safety, and cost reduction.
- Support root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to provide Design for Manufacturing and Assembly recommendations.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and the transition from prototype to serial production.
