Key Responsibilities

•Execute daily testing activities on heat pump systems and components.
•Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot laboratory test benches.
•Follow test procedures and ensure tests are performed consistently and accurately.
•Collect, validate, and organize test data.
•Perform basic pre-analysis of test results and identify abnormal behavior or deviations.
•Support root cause investigations by helping reproduce issues and gathering evidence.
•Assist in the development and improvement of test procedures and technical documentation.
•Prepare test setups, instrumentation, and equipment before testing activities.
•Maintain laboratory equipment and keep test areas organized and operational.
•Work closely with R&D, Controls, and Engineering teams to support development activities.
•Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methods, laboratory processes, and safety practices.
