Key Responsibilities
- Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and maintained in line with the Compliance programme
- Monitor and analyse regulatory developments (MICAR, EMD II, DORA, AMLDs) and make regulatory impact assessments
- Participate in business development projects, New Products and Activities (PARP) and crypto assets admission
- Identify and address compliance-related risks including regulatory, ML, TF, or sanctions
- Ensure adequate monitoring and control testing on internal processes
- Coordinate the yearly Enterprise Risk Assessment and Systematic Integrity Risk Analysis (SIRA)
- Manage the data protection framework in collaboration with the external Data Protection Officer
- Provide training on ethics, integrity, compliance, and financial crimes
