- Assisting in gathering and documenting customer requirements
- Helping guide customers through onboarding and early-stage implementation
- Supporting product demos and presales activities
- Acting as a first point of contact for basic client questions during delivery
- Tracking progress and supporting reporting during projects
- Learning and contributing to internal processes and best practices
