Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful implementation of the BIQH Market Data Platform for clients
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and translating customer business requirements into practical solutions
- Help guide customers through onboarding and implementation activities
- Support product demonstrations and presales activities together with Business Development Managers
- Act as a first point of contact for customer questions during implementation and delivery
- Track implementation progress and support reporting throughout delivery projects
- Work in a role that combines approximately 60% technical activities and 40% customer-facing responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience with APIs and databases
- Contribute to internal processes, documentation and company professionalization initiatives
- Learn about and support compliance activities related to standards such as ITIL, ISO27001, SOC2 and DORA
