Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Third-party Logistics (3PLs) to ensure orders are processed and shipments delivered on time.
- Provide support to 3PL on orders and shipments.
- Ensure effective communication with customers and provide information and resolutions in a timely manner.
- Monitor allocation/quota/suspicious orders and shortage risk.
- Process credit notes, debit notes and product return.
- Support collection of order-to-cash data and reports.
- Set up new customers and update existing ones ensuring master data accuracy.
- Run regular sanity checks to ensure customer data accuracy and completeness.
- Plan, execute and document annual customer revalidation.
- Log distribution incidents and analyze data to optimize operations.
- Initiate Quality deviations in Veeva QMS for events impacting product quality or safety.
- Help maintain up-to-date SOPs and WIs.
- Support Order to Cash operational readiness for new country launches, new product introduction, or new distribution models.
- Support global projects such as system enhancements and new feature development (SAP, EDI, Veeva).
- Help identify standardization and optimization opportunities for distribution processes across Europe.
- Assist in the analysis and reduction of distribution costs in collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
- Participate in SLA and performance reviews with logistics providers.
