Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the third-party freight audit provider to ensure accurate and timely invoice validation
- Process transportation invoices and address discrepancies as needed
- Support transport budgeting, monthly accruals, and the forecasting process
- Follow up with carriers to ensure timely submission of accurate reports
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reporting in Microsoft Power BI
- Provide day-to-day support for transportation activities across the EMEA region
