Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate the audit innovation roadmap – Co-develop and execute a pragmatic innovation roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
- Turn business needs into concrete solutions – Translate requirements into proofs of concept, prototypes and pilots.
- Experiment hands-on with new tools – Explore and test data analytics, BI tools, RPA, ML/AI prototypes, workflow automation and collaborative solutions.
- Drive pilots and adoption – Coordinate pilot trajectories, define impact and risk assessments, ensure smooth adoption.
- Measure what matters – Establish clear KPIs to quantify traction, time savings and quality improvements.
- Enable and inspire colleagues – Develop training materials, onboard users and support change processes.
- Safeguard quality and compliance – Ensure new technologies are implemented in line with audit standards.
