Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks
- Share the story of the menu and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar
- Follow health and safety and food safety guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies
- Use till systems for payments and orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues
- Assist with other tasks as needed
