Key Responsibilities

•Drive transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and other Finance processes
•Analyze current-state Finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation
•Translate business requirements into clear process designs and change roadmaps
•Coordinate cross-functionally with Reporting & Tax, Financial Control, Purchase-to-Pay, Credit Management and other business stakeholders on transformation projects
•Support the integration of acquired companies into Basic-Fit's Finance processes and systems
•Maintain direct contact with internal and external stakeholders and communicate on project progress
•Proactively challenge existing ways of working and act as a driver for continuous improvement
•Act as a sparring partner for colleagues within the Finance Transformation team
