- Be the dedicated TA partner for the Services department, running weekly stakeholder check-ins.
- Own the full cycle for your portfolio from intake to offer.
- Source proactively for assigned roles and build passive pipelines.
- Use market data to advise hiring managers on realistic expectations.
- Run structured screening aligned to the role brief and competency model.
- Use AI tools to improve the quality of briefs, outreach, and research.
- Lead two recruiters, giving structured feedback and supporting development.
- Contribute to team initiatives beyond your own portfolio.
